An excellent experience from start to finish.
We bought our motorhome with the cushions and bolsters missing. We contacted Reluxe, and was emailed by Faith who was very helpful. The company had run out of a certain cloth required, so with Faith's help we came up with an alternative design, and after a couple of samples were manufactured, we decided on the design in the photo.
The results were excellent and we are very happy with our purchase. We will definately use this company again and can highly recommend them.

From the very beginning when we met Faith and her team at the motor home show , the communication and professionalism have been second to none. We are just returning from a wonderful three days spent at reluxe where they replaced our furnishings,seat covers and curtains . We feel like we are now in a new van ,we are so pleased with how everything went and the quality of the fabrics and workmanship and would definitely recommend anyone to use Reluxe if they want to lift a tired looking van.
The added bonus to us was that reluxe is walking distance to the centre of Ilkeston and on a bus route into Nottingham where there is plenty to do to fill your time whilst they are working on your van . Also you can stay in your van using their electric hookup each night feeling very secure behind large locked gates .

An excellent experience from start to finish. The repair work has left our upholstery in as new condition. Being able to source and use the original fabric was ideal. An overnight electric hook up allowed the work to be done while we visited nearby Nottingham. Thanks to Faith and the whole team.

These guys were absolutely brilliant from start to finish. It’s taken me a while to write this review and not because we had any doubts, but because we’ve been enjoying our totally renovated van.
Our van interior was Orange and dated and worn, everything else was perfect apart from this. So we made a trip to the show in February and met the team - they were down to earth, easy to get on with and totally understood what we were saying. The cost was way more competitive than others and better than that, they had exactly the right patterns for our van.
We booked it in and then my husband travelled up to have the van refitted - he stayed in the yard the night before (with hook up) and by midday, it was all done and they even FaceTimed me so I can approve.
Since then, everything has been perfect! No hitches or concerns, just a beautifully upholstered van - thank you!

Just had the seating area in our campervan custom made and fitted by Reluxe of Ilkeston, they have made a fantastic job and at a great price. Many thanks to Faith, Sarah and the rest of the team for great customer service.

We had our le voyageur done a while ago, and only just got around to posting a review, sorry Faith!
We had synthetic leather which had worn and they replaced with lovely soft genuine leather, for a very good price.
We wanted a "factory" look for resale value, and the finish they produced was incredible with stitching and patterns done replicating the factory style, because of this and how it had be finished previously, it took longer than expected which was not a problem for us, as we left the van with them.
Fantastic finish a lovely soft leather, would highly recommend and would definitely use again if we had to.

We were met by the lovely Faith on Wednesday. We stayed in the carpark overnight in our motorhome. The two big cushions were collected just after 0700 as arranged. The underside of one had worn through and the other was a bit thin. All done by 0900 for a great price. Well worth the journey from Dorset to get the buttons to match the original IH fabric.

What excellent service from this company and Faith in particular. I needed a bed cushion for a recently purchased campervan. Not a huge order in money terms but that did not matter. Throughout, communication was faultless and the cushion arrived in the time promised. I am very pleased with it.
